Fair Housing
Effective July 17, 2026
Tutu Mahmudova at Compass is committed to the letter and the spirit of United States policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing programme in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
What this means in practice
Every property presented on this website is offered without regard to those protected characteristics. Descriptions of neighborhoods, schools, and communities are general information about an area. They are not a recommendation about who should live there and must not be read as steering any buyer toward or away from any neighborhood.
Buyers are encouraged to evaluate schools, commutes, amenities, and community fit for themselves, using the sources that matter to their own household.
Accessibility of housing information
If a disability makes any part of this website or its property information difficult to use, the same information will be provided in another format. See the accessibility statement for how to reach us.
If you believe you have experienced discrimination
You may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at hud.gov/fairhousing, or by calling HUD’s Housing Discrimination Hotline at 1-800-669-9777 (TTY 1-800-927-9275). A complaint may also be filed with the fair housing agency of the state where the property is located. Raising a concern directly with Tutu Mahmudova at Compass is welcome and does not affect that right.
Brokerage and state requirements
State licence numbers and the supervising brokerage appear in the footer of every page of this website, as required by the advertising rules of the states in which we are licensed. Where a state mandates additional fair housing notices, those are provided at the point of sale.
